Cash Flow Management
Like most growing businesses, our clients frequently struggle with maintaining cash flow to fund operations. We provide our clients with the tools, support and training to implement cash management strategies.
Studies have shown that 60-90% of strategic initiatives fail. A resistance to change, setting unrealistic goals, and a lack of accountability are often to blame for planning failures. We provide a planning structure that helps our clients be more confident about the decisions they are making to shape the future of their company.

Sometimes the hardest part of being an entrepreneur is balancing the daily (and unrelenting) demands of a startup while simultaneously researching how best to scale one’s business. Working with Mark helped me think about the growth of business from various perspectives and to complete a 14-month plan of action. Thank you, Mark!
